In an effort to improve on how we communicate with our supporters regarding Orders, we have made some changes for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. 

As a reminder, Last Bison Standing is operated by Full Time Students with support from Alumni Advisors and Volunteers.

We are committed to making our Fulfillment Operations better.

For the last six months we have been rectifying all outstanding issues related to 2023 Season.

At the end of this semester, May 18 , 2024 to be exact, we sent out an email informing supporters that we were pursuing a civil suit against vendors/order fulfillment providers for breach of contract. 

After mediation we reached a settlement. Payments started June 30 and are scheduled to end Feb 28, 2025 . 

As monthly installments are received, one of two things have been happening;

we are either issuing a refund in the form of USPS Postal Money Order or we have apparel reprinted via a new manufacturer.

You either get a notice of a refund or a notice of order fulfilled.

A. All Address Changes need to be submit via our google doc (NO EMAILS)

B. For Errors with a Package received. Please email Recovery Team recovery@lastbisonstanding.com.

Errors include: Missing Garments, Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Incomplete packs without notification.

Our team has been committed to clearing out all outstanding and new orders.
