B. For Errors with a Package received. Please email Recovery Team recovery@lastbisonstanding.com.

Errors include: Missing Garments, Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Incomplete packs without notification.

C. For 2018-2019 we utilized a Third Party Company to handle Order Fulfillment. As of April 09, 2020 we are in possession of all packages that were never delivered, mis-delivered, lost, and returned. We will be spent weeks reprocessing/repackaging orders.

D. For those who qualify. Vendor sponsored gifts will arrived separately from your purchase (not from us). We are not responsible for tracking apparel sent by vendor.

College Colors Day (Navy and Red Classics): ARRIVED. Packing and Shipping

For College Color Days, we held a Fundraiser featuring our Classic Navy and Red T-shirts and Crewnecks. After waiting a couple weeks for them to be produced, on September 25 the Garments arrived to us misprinted. Vendors know we take our Brand very serious when it comes to our products, and adjusted their production schedule to reprint hundreds of Crews and Tshirts to our standard.

All remaining Reprinted Packages will go out Monday.
The misprinted (incorrect design size) Crewnecks and Tshirts will be available for sale later and would make for Good Gifts.

June 16, 2020

As DC prepares to enter into its second phase of reopening, we will be permitted back into the space that holds all inventory, returned packages, and gifts. As a reminder all apparel related activities were suspended beginning March 13, 2020. This weekend (June 19-June 22) volunteers in the DMV have agreed to help with order fulfillment and research. On Wednesday, June 17, 2020 the Recovery Team can be contacted directly at recovery@lastbisonstanding.com.

Peace Herd.

As a result of the current Covid-19 situation, we collectively made the decision to halt all apparel related activities. As a student-led alumni advised charitable entity, from March 15 - May 15 we dedicated ourselves to providing relief for our fellow Bison in need. For those who were able to remain in dc, our priority was making sure we were staying safe and passing our classes. We are thankful for the support of our herd during this challenging time.

As of May 18, 2020 with grades submitted and semester officially over, our focus is dealing with apparel-related issues. (Research, Issuing Refunds, Packing, Shipping, Delivering Complimentary Gift, etc).

Please Note, some of our vendors have advised that they are unable to secure deliveries of some of our garments that are printed internationally. They are monitoring custom orders. USPS and FedEX have advised we will experience delays in both Priority and First Class Deliveries. Based in DC, we have done our best to stay abreast of the changes regarding Stay at Home Orders. We are working with all available resources to implement changes where possible and ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

 
Last Bison Standing is fortunate to have solid partnerships with vendors, volunteers and supporters all over, which significantly helps to keep our organization running as best as it can during this challenging time.  We are committed to working diligently to improve our Order Fulfillment Operation. At the beginning of the semester we implemented new procedures to help us be more efficient, and we are proud of all the positive feedback from long time supporters.
